This 114-item annotated bibliography identifies prior research relevant to the individal, group, and organizational factors involved in the introduction of women into work groups in traditionally male career fields. Most of the literature discovered in the search is concerned with identifying rather than alleviating problems that women experience in non-traditional careers. Arranged alphabetically by author, each entry includes bibliographical information and a paragraph describing the contents of the document. Nearly half of the citations were published after 1976.
