This third of three how-to manuals in the Adult Competency Education (ACE) kit contains the ACE Taxonomy of Instructional Objectives, a bibliography, and other ACE forms and materials. The Taxonomy lists the 400 measurably-stated instructional objectives of the ACE adaptation of the Generic Skills Taxonomy against the mathematics and communications skills found to be essential to jobs which were researched during on-site employee interviews and for which job descriptions were then developed. These are presented/coded by unit, item, and specific objective. A brief explanation of how to develop instructional materials using these objectives is then given. The bibliography lists instructional materials used by ACE by these topics: reading-writing, mathematics, job-related, and miscellaneous. Other materials include student competency profiles and assignment sheets, a matrix of skills required on jobs (with reference to the ACE Taxonomy), and the script for the ACE project slide/tape presentation, The A.C.E.
