The materials, organized in three identical packets consisting of four pamphlets, offer information for mass media specialists, guidelines for administrators and decision makers, a technical note for kindergarten and elementary school teachers and parents, plus technical notes for university and other teaching staff. Contents of the packets include tables of data, a discussion of the child's need for adult supervision in a hazardous environment, reasons for accident prevention programs, preventive action at home and at school, extent and causes of accidents, and a discussion of the role of medical personnel in accident prevention.
