This annual report of the Children and Youth Services Division of the Texas Department of Community Affairs provides a guide to statewide services available to children under 6 years of age. After a brief report, 10 state agency services, direct and indirect private organization services, and four special services are described. Information about the focus of the program, ages served, eligibility requirements, services, service delivery, area served, number of children under 6 years of age served, authorization, funding source, and addresses and telephone numbers is usually provided in the description of state agency services.
