The 1978-79 annual report of the McGill University Centre for Teaching and Learning Services (CTLS), which replaces the Centre for Learning and Development (CLD) and incorporates the Instructional Development Service Project, is presented. The tenth and final year of the operation of the CLD and reasons for the transition are covered.
