This handbook helps school administrators and their colleagues plan and conduct educational workshops in their communities with or without help from universities or colleges. It can be used as a tool for staff development programs, and provides names and places that have used their communities as learning resources in the past two decades. The workshop is described, and evaluation and a case study are included. Suggestions to industry and business people interested in developing workshops, and helpful references conclude the handbook.
