Intended to provide individual school district and building level instructional media personnel and school administrators with information for decision-making, these standards are concerned with the scope, direction, and financial support of instructional media programs. Component parts of a good instructional media program at the district and building level are identified, and specific directions for Wisconsin schools are detailed. Appendices include the objectives of the Bureau of School Library Media Programs, a table of Cooperative Educational Service Agencies (CESA) media services available, and a list of Regional Broadcast Instruction Councils in Wisconsin.
