How To Present an Evaluation Report. Program Evaluation Kit, 8.
Morris, Lynn Lyons; Fitz-Gibbon, Carol Taylor
Because reporting the results of a program evaluation requires an effective presentation, this booklet contains prescriptions and hints for formal and informal reporting, either written or oral. Chapter 1 discussed the evaluator's role and presentation of formative and summative evaluation reports. Chapter 2 is a detailed and standard outline for an evaluation report. Chapter 3 is a compendium of communication pointers, including advice on choosing what information to present; presenting effective written and oral communications; dealing with difficult audiences; and working with the press. Chapter 4 describes data presentation methods, including use of tables, graphs, and charts. Most chapters end with a brief bibliography. (MH)
