A section on community college education for the handicapped begins with Barbara Reid's outline of the steps involved in implementing a comprehensive program. Costas Boukouvalas and Melvin Gay consider the provision of services to the hearing-impaired. Grace Hodgson describes the role of paraprofessionals in working with handicapped individuals.
