This document presents the quarterly reports including narrative, summary, and financial reports, program evaluation, instructional materials, and supporting documents for the Library Service Enhancement Program (LSEP) at Tusculum College, an instructional program designed to ensure the bibliographic competency of all graduating sociology/social services majors. Major activities undertaken under the LSEP involved faculty development activities, course-related bibliographic instruction in the disciplines of English, biology, education, and sociology/social services, and long-range planning with classroom faculty. These activities are outlined by the project librarian and the results are discussed in the library director's program evaluation. This evaluation analyzes program objectives, staff and faculty activity, integration into regular library services, effects on students, and program usefulness. Comments and observations on the effectiveness of the LSEP and its contribution to the institution's educational goals are contributed by the academic dean.
