This policy directory was compiled to facilitate the processing of interlibrary loan requests among the libraries of the Capital District Library Council (CDLC). The information provided results from a questionnaire completed by the interlibrary loan staff of the CDLC libraries in December 1977. Interlibrary lending policies and reproduction facilities are indicated for each of the 44 member libraries/library systems, as well as interlibrary loan telephone numbers, office hours, and a courier schedule.
