This report outlines topics addressed at the meeting in the areas of policy and procedures, planning and development, reading materials, equipment, reference services, music services, volunteer services, and publication services; information is presented in question and answer format in each subject area. Questions and comments directed to guest speakers and panelists who participated in the conference are included in six appendices, which are concerned with access to the media, volunteer resources, student resources, religious resources, training, and extension of services.
