Statistical data are presented on tuitions and required fees at New Jersey colleges and universities for academic year 1978-79. Full-time undergraduate tuitions and required fees are provided for two-year, four-year public, and four-year independent colleges, and full-time graduate tuitions and required fees are provided for public, independent, and professional colleges. Similar information is provided for part-time undergraduate and graduate tuitions and required fees. Data are also provided on average tuition and fees by sector for academic years 1977-78 and 1978-79. The average tuition for the community colleges is based on "in-county tuition" data, and the average tuition for all other colleges is based on "in-state tuition" data. New Jersey's average increases in undergraduate tuitions and fees are also compared with national data. (SW)
