While providing information about children's programs primarily for Delaware County Public Libraries, this guide offers general planning tips and specific program ideas and resources useful to any county/public library considering developing its children's services. The guide presents a directory of resource people (1977-8) in the Delaware County area, minute-by-minute programming checklist, and mall project planning tips, as well as a lengthy bibliography of professional books on children's services and subjects.
