The teacher education learning module described here focuses on interpersonal relationships, and the objective is to increase teacher competency in self-awareness, self-assessment and introspection, and the ability to become meaningfully involved in interpersonal and organizational relationships. The program is comprised of a series of personal inventories, seminars, games, and other activities.
