The role of women in a society changing from industrial to service orientation is examined. It is pointed out that women are uniquely qualified to be leaders in a society whose highest ideals are cooperation, conservation, equality, respect for others, and compassion. The suggestion is made that the educational system be equipped to train children of both sexes to develop a spirit of cooperation underlining constructive action and realization of the needs of others.
