This journal issue is devoted to a discussion of Science Policy in the Netherlands. The first article presents a general outline of current science policy, including organizational structure and financing procedures. Another article describes the National Research Programs in science, followed by those examining Industrial and University Research in the Netherlands. Diagrams are used to illustrate organizational and financial structure. Research and development projects financed by the government are another topic, along with Fact-Finding Committees and Sectoral Committees as Instruments of Netherlands Science Policy. (MA)
