This annotated bibliography is a selected listing of references for use by small business managers in the development of energy conservation programs. The references are listed under the agency through which they are available. The agency listings are alphabetized and include complete mailing addresses. There are 35 agency listings, many of which include several references. Each reference gives author, title, and publication date along with a four to five line annotation describing the contents and possible uses of the references. Some references also include number of pages, price, and level (non-technical, semi-technical, technical). The variety of references cover such topics as building design, industry energy and energy conservation tips for business and industry. Publications are written for building operators, business persons, laypersons, planners, architects, and others. (MR)
