Outlined and explained in detail are the inauguration and operation of Matteo Ricci College, a school in Seattle that allows a student to enter ninth grade and after the successful completion of six school years (instead of eight) receive a bachelor of arts degree in humanities. The school is the result of planning by Seattle Preparatory School and Seattle University. Among the topics discussed in the year-end report are: the faculty; student admissions; discipline, and socialization; summer school; administrative officers and trustees; facilities; scheduling; articulation; and evaluation of departments, of student growth, and of the school as a whole.
