This model for a school community resource directory contains the following: (1) an overview of the problems involved in the compiling of resource people to serve as career speakers and trip hosts with a possible solution in the form of a file card format; (2) a description of the promotion of the new format; (3) an explanation of the development of the file card format and the procedure for its subsequent usage; and (4) illustrative appendixes for the functioning of each stage of the procedure.
