This yearbook of the National Business Education Association contains twenty-three articles and is divided into five parts. The first part, entitled Managing Learning by Behavioral Objectives, contains articles on the theory of behavioral objectives, strengths and weaknesses of behavioral objectives, and the status of behavioral objectives in business education. The second part, Accountability in Business Education, deals with the theory of accountability in education, student and teacher accountability, administrator accountability, and employer accountability. Evaluation in Business Education, the third part, deals with the theory of educational evaluation, evaluating students, and evaluating teachers, as well as the implications of legislation relating to confidentiality of student records, and student follow-up and program evaluation systems. Part 4 contains three articles relating to testing programs. And the fifth part, Evaluation of Instructional Objectives Through Grading, contains articles on typewriting, the clerical area, stenography, accounting, business and economics, distributive education, cooperative programs, and business communication.
