This report consists of material relating to a conference to disseminate information about the development and implementation of the Syracuse University Integrated On-Line Student Records System. The Conference Proceedings provide some indication of the scope of the project and the relationship of the modules associated with academic innovation to the other parts of this complex systems network. Project outcomes are described and evaluated in relation to the nature and goals of Syracuse University. Materials include a list of conference participants, the keynote address, conference proceedings, registrar's background information, and newspaper articles. (VT)
