This program includes an extensive series of learning activities designed to improve students' skills in many areas of English, including expository and creative writing, literature appreciation, vocabulary, listening and speaking, research, and reading. Each activity sheet indicates the subject of the activity, its classification, the number of participants required (from one to "any number"), and its prerequisites. The activity sheets also provide a description of the activity and the learning objectives for it, and list materials needed and step-by-step activities. Worksheets and discussion questions are included for many of the activities. An introductory section informs students how they may select the activities they wish to complete within each of seven subject areas, explains the point system on which the program is based, and shows how students determine their course grades by earning specified numbers of points.
