One of five supplements which accompany chapter three of "Mountain-Plains Handbook: The Design and Operation of a Residential, Family Oriented Career Education Model" (CE 014 630), this document contains specific information concerning testing procedures and forms utilized by the research services division. Included are the following materials: descriptions of the test center facilites and nature of tests administered; procedures for test initiation; scheduling procedures; procedures for reporting test results; procedures for discontinuing testing; rules of conduct in the test center; instructions for maintaining the files; and a discussion of access to the files. The appended materials include the proposal for the test center, the test center orientation speech, a description of tests being administered, a description of tests currently under development, and various related forms.
