This user's manual is a guide to the computer programs developed for the analysis of cost and volume data collected in a survey of technical processing and interlibrary loan supporting the development and implementation of a Western Interstate Bibliographic Network. Programs and analysis, developed in conjunction with ten data collection instruments and employing an IBM 360/195, are intended for use with these instruments. The programs are written in standard ANS Fortran with the exception of a Tab output format used in generating tables. The manual details data preparation, call statements from the main program to subroutines, input/output formats, and the generated tables. Program listings for in-depth cost analysis employed in twelve case studies are included. (Author/KP)
