An Analysis of Cluster Program Needs in the Portland Public Schools.

This report presents an updated review of employment projection and supply data as related to current job cluster program enrollment in the Portland (Oregon) School District. The methods for gathering the data are described and estimates for future enrollment needs are recommended for eighteen occupational clusters. Three fourths of the report is contained in an appendix which presents charts and data on Portland area employment estimates, growth estimates, average cluster enrollment, cluster completions, estimated enrollment needs, major areas of employment and estimated growth, and 1975-76 school and community profiles of Portland area high schools.
