This report presents the information on resources in addition to ERIC which participants shared at the first topical conference for State Education Agency (SEA) personnel. The conference focused on the use and development of education information systems at the state level which go beyond the capacities of the ERIC system. Topics discussed include: (1) state based files on human resources, fugitive files, and program information; (2) national information resources including computerized and non-computerized data sources; (3) issues and concerns; and (4) recommendations. Appended are a list of contact persons by subject area and a glossary of terms. (STS)
