This seminar, conducted to provide executives, officers, and directors of communication associations with a better understanding of future communication careers, as an aid in planning career related association activities. Analyses and studies are included on the impact of the future environment on the communication field, future United States manpower demands and implications, employment perspectives in business and technical writing, career placement in communication, career trends in broadcasting, and survey of trends in speech communication on Ph.D. programs.
