The Development and Implementation of a District Computer Education Program conducted at Glasgow High School, Newark, Delaware, was designed to model full utilization of computer services in a public high school. The phases of the project included: (1) development of goals and objectives at the district level; (2) workshops for teacher training; (3) minicourses for students; (4) developing courses for the 1975-76 school year; and (5) establishing a long-range computer services plan for the district. This report discusses the historical development of the project, summarizes events in each phase, provides results of an evaluation, including numerous documents and exhibits illustrating the activities which took place during the project.
