Non-Traditional Study and the Liberal Arts College.
The role of nontraditional study in the liberal arts college was examined at the conference sponsored by the East Central College Consortium. Highlights of the proceedings included: "A Brief Overview of the Syracuse Adult Degree Program," by Marvin Druger; the keynote address by Harold L. Hodgkinson of the National Institute of Education; a science workshop conducted by Marvin Druger; and talks by John A. Valentine on "If I Had College Teaching to Do Over" and by Mari Jeanne Egan on "A Personalized Account of the Adult Learner." (LBH)
