Volume 2 of the report on the development and implementation of a model regional information system for vocational-technical education consists of appendixes to volume 1 and includes the following supportive data and project materials: (1) information sources used by 36 administrators in Appalachian regions of Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia; (2) regional information system data sources; (3) regional information coding system; (4) selected data by county; (5) occupational demand subfiles; (6) program cost projections; (7) sources of occupational training; (8) evaluation of vocational programs and of employment by secondary area vocational technical school (AVTS) graduates; (9) employment status according to secondary and AVTS graduates; (10) facilities and equipment; (11) rules, regulations and certification; (12) individual and composite data packs; (13) evaluations of student file, personnel file, occupational demand file, county information file, and the Regional Information System (RIS); and (14) guidelines for a user's manual.
