The utilization of residence hall facilities at all state-operated institutions during the fall of 1974 and 1975 was surveyed as part of the planning and budgeting functions of each institution. Eight tables are presented, giving the following data for each year; (1) summary data which describe the original capacity of the facilities, the reductions to this original capacity, net available space, and actual utilization; (2) more detailed data concerning the types of utilization of net available space, and including student residential use as well as other types of utilization, arrayed in categories; (3) information on the resident student utilization, arrayed by institution, type of accommodation, and rate paid by the students; and (4) data arrayed on the number of resident assistants, number of other resident students, and the ratio of resident students to resident assistants by institution.
