Follow Through: Testing One Model of Evaluation and Several Models of Compensation.
Anderson, Richard B.
The Follow Through experience is beginning to provide compelling evidence bearing upon important policy issues in compensatory education. This evidence, coming as it does from a naturalistic quasi-experiment, cannot draw its plausibility from the conventional statistical inference appropriate to probabilistically-constructed true experiments. The latest Follow Through results illustrate how appropriate cross-validity analytic techniques can yield convincing patterns of accomplishment by diverse "sponsors" who have implemented their programs in various settings.
