This booklet presents a comprehensive summary of all state laws affecting collective bargaining for educational personnel that had been passed as of November 1975. Most of the booklet consists of an extensive chart that summarizes on a state-by-state basis the scope and provisions of all current collective bargaining laws affecting education. This is basically the same chart that appeared in the 1975 "Legislator's Guide to Collective Bargaining in Education," updated to reflect the changes that occurred during 1975. In addition to the main legislation chart, there is also a summary table that shows which states have collective bargaining laws covering different levels of education, a glossary of key terms used in the chart, and a summary of provisions of the federal National Labor Relations Act and the proposed National Public Employment Relations Act.
