This monograph is an outgrowth of an in-service workshop for vocational educators, special educators and administrators. The workshop staff developed it with the intent of providing guidelines for educators in the design of vocational education programs for special education students. Specific suggestions concerning program development, identification of work and jobs, cooperation among agencies and personnel, evaluative functions, proposal preparation, and obtaining funds are given.
