This bulletin, concerned mainly with the educational problems in developing lands, focuses on school development, the future of education, and the schools that will have to be built to meet the needs of the future. The report deals with problems arising from the present rates of dropout in traditional primary education, and proposes possible methods of changing education from the production of mainly unemployed persons and migrants into the creation of reasonably prosperous coworkers in the developing home society.
