Coproduction of educational multimedia programs for all Europe is proposed in a Council of Europe-supported monograph. Current and previous experiments in coproduction are analyzed for reference, and a new approach is outlined. New subjects for coproduction are suggested, and the possibilities of codevelopment without coproduction are discussed. Suggested coproducers and pilot projects are described. Methods of planning and production are outlined. (SK)
