The high cost of providing on-line computing to all students individually makes it necessary to use some means of group viewing of one user's interaction with the computer. While the author suggests that group viewing of computer output is not a replacement for individual direct experience with the computer, it can be a useful and economical approach to instruction in this area. This document presents alternative means of presenting on-line computer applications to groups of more than three people. Included are descriptions of optical projection, closed circuit television, and cathode ray tube monitor techniques. (DGC)
