Monographs produced on the basis of two and a half years of research at The Demonstration Center for Language Handicapped Children are collected. The monographs address the following topics: a generalized evaluation model for language disability programs; the impact of the language center program on the individual child as determined from critical incidence reports; the role of the language center teacher aide based on the perceptions of teachers; perceptions of classroom teachers concerning selected aspects of the language center program; administrative attitudes toward the program of the language center after 1 year of operation; the relationship of special instructional programs to student attendnace; and proficiency profiles for professionals who work with LH children.
