Cable TV in Columbus. What's Happening/What Can Happen.

This report is divided into two parts. It is an effort by individuals in Columbus, Ohio to inform and aid citizens interested in knowing more about cable television and how to use it. The first half offers factual information, the experience of other communities using cable, the laws governing cable and comments on issues facing the community. The second half consist of appendixes to educate the reader. The appendixes include: (1) an annotated bibliography; (2) the Columbus Cable Ordinance; (3) the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Cable Television Rules, 1972; FCC Clarification--1974; and (5) the community colleges' use of cable.
