Administrators, school media supervisors, and supervisors of instruction in the state of Maryland responded to a series of questions about the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Title II, related to the implementation of the act, the utilization of federal funds, and the spread of media services through the state of Maryland. Tables giving relevant figures of expenditures and resources were compiled for the public schools (by county), the independent schools, and the parochial schools. The administrators discussed the management, evaluation, dissemination, and needs of media affected by the act. Program development and evaluation were the main concerns of the school media supervisors. (WH)
