Materials which relate to the activities of the Philadelphia Student Library Resources Project for the period July 1, 1972-June 30, 1973 are presented. The Project, which began with research into student library needs, use patterns, attitudes and resources has now moved to the stage of interagency planning, operation, and evaluation of programs designed to meet the library needs of inner city students. The five major sections of the report contain materials which describe: 1) Project sponsorship and management; 2) demonstration programs; 3) community involvement; 4) evaluation of the Project's activities; and 5) dissemination of Project findings.
