Guidelines and forms used in staff and development efforts in Florida's public community colleges are provided. Following these are a tabulation and brief summary of the staff and program development activities at each of the community colleges. After the title and a brief description of each program, the following types of information are coded for each: functional area primarily served, college program primarily served, success of the activity (institutional judgment), and value of the activity (institutional judgment). An analysis of the programs according to resource allocations and expenditures concludes the report. (KM)
