This proposal for the establishment and operation of a campus children's center is intended to serve as a model for all Los Angeles Community College District colleges and other interested community colleges. Topics covered are: needs assessment, philosophy, advisory committee, location, building, staffing, admission and fees, operation, budget and evaluation plan.
