The Community Resource Volunteer Program, begun in the public elementary schools of Minneapolis in 1965, is designed for curriculum enrichment. Guidelines for initiation and administration of such a program are explained within the context of Minneapolis' experience. Additionally, questionnaires and summaries of questionnaire responses from teachers, administrative personnel, volunteers, and students evaluating the program are included.
