Twenty-nine projects evaluated during the 1967-68 school year in the national evaluation of Project Follow Through are discussed in this final report. The report provides, in a narrative format, only the "hard" data gathered during the pre-test period. Specifically, this report reviews relevant literature, describes the procedures and instruments utilized in the evaluation, analyzes the proposals from each project, provides prelimary analysis of "hard" data, and, in some detail, analyzes the "soft" data.
