Differentiated Staffing Project.
Beaverton School District 48, OR.
Beaverton is one of five school districts in the nation in the advanced stages of adopting a differentiated staffing program. This packet of three brochures describes their program. One report reflects the recommended job descriptions made for and by the staff of an intermediate school. Another report summarizes written reaction reports submitted at the end of the 1970-71 academic year by 12 members of the staff at the intermediate school, representing a cross section of various levels of involvement. The third item, a 12-page brochure, consists of text and photograph coverage of the program at an elementary school as well as at the intermediate school. A related document is EA 005 016.
