Resulting in part from a project designed to identify and describe comprehensive programs of excellence in career education, this booklet is the ninth in a series describing current, successful career education practices. Intended for teachers, this monograph discusses ways in which schools can involve the community in a career education program. Included is a discussion of such community resources as local business establishments, governmental agencies, and civic clubs and how these resources may be used in the instructional program.
