Discussed is Dakota State College's Experience Oriented Teacher Education Program designed to prepare prospective teachers through experience in addition to theory. This report describes the four major aspects of the program: participation in public school classrooms prior to student teaching, human relations training experience, field seminars, and student teaching. Eleven exhibits include suggested activities, progress reports, program material, photographs, and orientation and evaluation material. (MJM)
