Behavior Modification for Teachers.

The Active Student Participation Program (ASPP), developed by the Department of Counseling and Personnel Services in the University of Maryland College of Education, was designed to disseminate knowledge of behavior modification principles. The course has been taught since the fall of 1971, and approximately 81 in-service teachers have completed it. The course presents didactic material on behavior modification. The four areas of behavior modification case material are directed towards teachers of preschool children, teachers in the public schools, teachers in training, and evaluation of behavior modification programs.
